Does it work better with more coverage?
For general health and well-being, respiratory issues, back pain and/or issues with larger parts of the body we always recommend the sheets as the whole body will be receiving the earth’s electrons to help heal and ease inflammation. Also foot mats are great for general grounding because the feet are the most receptive part of the body due to having the most nerve endings per square inch.
If, however, you suffer with pain in a smaller area of your body such as arthritis in your hands/fingers, tennis elbow, migraines, torn ligaments etc we would recommend targeting that specific area with the bands and patches. We have found that pillow cases work particularly well for migraines. This way the product will work on the direct area it is touching, rather than the electron’s being ‘used up’ by the rest of the body. On top of targeted grounding, we also recommend trying to sleep earthed as well. In past experiments and feedback, we have found day time and night time grounding is the most effective way to heal and ease pain and inflammation.
